Can I change/cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you have any issues after placing your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Always be sure that your email address is correct, as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. As such, please check your Spam/Junk folder to see if our email is there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact customer service to verify that your order has been received.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing may take up to 24-48 hours, and must be added to the shipping time to get the total time taken to receive your order.
US: 3-4 business days
International: 7-12 business days
